- KLINQE Lashes is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with all our products.
- If you are not satisfied with your order items, we will be happy to accept your return/exchange within 30 days of receiving.
- We offer a 30 day money back / exchange guarantee. This means that we will refund, replace or exchange your order within 30 days. Customers are responsible for the return postage cost. We suggest returning the products via trackable mail. We cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us, unless tracked.
- Shipping-cost are not refundable.
- Please email us at su*****@kl****.au with your photos of the product, the reason for exchange / refund and order number. We will then review your application.
- Exchanges are limited to once per order. Only item of the same type are eligible for exchange. If the item in the exchange request are not equal in price, the customer is responsible for the price increase.
- You must return the product unused, in the original packaging. Any returns that do not comply with our refund policy will be returned to sender.
- We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that the refund conditions are not met.
- Postage for returned items to KLINQE Lashes for refund/ exchange is the full responsibility of the claimant.
