We do free standard shipping on orders over $50.00, before tax and shipping charges.
Items shipped outside of the Australia may be subject to customs duties, taxes
and/or charges which are not included in the total of your order and the buyer is
responsible for such expenses. Please check with your country’s customs office for

All orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia and usually shipped out
the next business day. During peak seasons, it may take one or two more days on top of
regular processing times. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Australia public

Magnetic lashes shouldn’t damage your natural lashes if they are used correctly. They adhere to your eyelid, rather than your natural lashes.
Yes you can. As long as you take proper care of the KLINQE lashes, they can last up to
60 wears.
KLINQE magnetic lashes are extremely easy to apply. They only take minutes to apply,
and can even be done single handed. Much easier and quicker than wearing glue
lashes.
KLINQE lashes uses magnets and magnetic eyeliner without any glue involved.
Yes you can. However for precaution, do ensure that you observe your usual contact
lens’ safety use and hygiene.
YES! All our lashes are hand made with highest quality premium synthetic silk
fibres. Therefore, all our products are vegan and cruelty free.
We don’t recommend using Mascara on your KLINQE lashes. However, you may apply
some on your natural lashes to help blend KLINQE lashes in with your own, but this
might affect the longevity of your KLINQE lashes.
KLINQE lashes uses round micro magnets, and don’t pose a risk to your body including
your eyes. Research also shows no risks with prolonged use.
Sometimes after a few wears, the liquid magnetic liner gets stuck on the tiny magnets. You just need to gently rub off the magnetic liner from the magnets, using some cotton bud and makeup remover and you’re good to go.
KLINQE lashes generally stays on for more than 12 hours if applied correctly
using KLINQE magnetic liquid liner . If you find it doesn't last that long, it could
be due to the eyeshadow you have used, grease on your eyelid or your
concealer is interfering with the bond, you can reattach them by reapplying the
liner.
KLINQE lashes can be trimmed down to fit your eye shape correctly, its always
better to trim them a little shorter than your full eye shape.
KLINQE lashes has 12 micro round magnets that can easily fits on any eye shape,
compared to some other brands with bigger, heavier, chunkier square shaped magnets.
Our magnetic liner comes with fine precision application tip. They are easy to
apply and only takes 1-2 mins to dry.
